Norfolk cops responded round midnight to a name for a taking pictures on the 5000 block of Killiam Avenue, lower than a mile from the campus, officers mentioned.
Two of the seven sustained “life-threatening” accidents, police mentioned.
“Several” of the victims are college students at Norfolk State University on the other finish of city, the college mentioned on Twitter early Sunday morning.
The college’s tweet referred to the taking pictures as an “isolated off-campus” incident.
“NSU Police have secured the NSU campus. Counseling is being made available for any student in need of services,” the tweet mentioned.
