Scoot Air: After a Scoot Airways Amritsar-Singapore flight took off with more than 30 passengers on board, the airline offered refunds to affected passengers. Scoot Airways, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, was recently in the limelight. DGCA took action and asked Scoot to report. Airlines are now compensating the losses of affected passengers.

Scoot has informed passengers who missed their flight on January 18 that they will be given several options to choose from at their convenience.
1. Passengers can book a free ticket for another flight within 14 days.
2. Get a 120% refund in the form of a voucher.
3. Airlines can issue 100% refunds on payment methods.
4. The airline has advised that all 17 affected passengers are in custody.
