(CBS DETROIT) – A person from Rochester Hills is going through prices after he allegedly rubbed himself towards three workers at a magnificence provide retailer.
Dante Fermin Colon, 27, has been charged with three counts of fourth-degree prison sexual conduct.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, the incident that led to Colon’s arrest, occurred simply after 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22 at a magnificence provide retailer situated within the 2800 block of S. Rochester Road in Rochester Hills.
Allegedly, in three separate cases, Colon requested for assist from the shop workers within the males’s perfume part of the shop.
Police say he would ask the workers to see a perfume situated on the underside shelf, after which as the workers reached for the perfume, Colon would transfer behind them and rub himself towards every worker.
Each of the three girls seen that he was sexually aroused and police say in a single occasion Colon touched the girl six or seven occasions.
Once the three girls shared there incidents with one another and decided the actions weren’t unintentional, they contacted the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office.
The workers have been capable of get Colon’s license plate quantity earlier than he left, and police arrested him on Wednesday, Oct. 12.
