This miracle happens in Mahari Yatra. This yatra starts from Pathardi taluka of Maharashtra. For the devotees of the Nath sect, this is a festival. Devotees themselves prepare the offerings of Kanifnath. Another attraction of this yatra is that donkeys and other animals are kept for sale during this yatra.

As the number of donkeys is dwindling, their price has increased. Specially, traders from the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat come to this fair. This year there was a huge demand for Kathewadi donkeys. Punjabi hybrid donkeys were also for sale. And these donkeys cost 1 lakh or more.
Kathewadi donkeys were sold in large numbers. Many people wondered why donkeys cost more than other animals. But because the number of donkeys is decreasing, their price has increased. Now the government should seriously consider this before the donkey becomes extinct.
