London. Microsoft says it is investigating a glitch in its online services, including its messaging platform Teams and email service Outlook. Providing information on the situation, the technology company said many services in Microsoft 365 were also reported to have issues.
Thousands of users reported issues with Teams, Outlook, Azure cloud computing services, and Xbox Live online game services on the DownDetector website Wednesday morning.
Several users complained about the service’s closure on social media. Microsoft 365 said on its Twitter account that the network changes suspected to have caused the issue have been rolled back and the issue has been resolved.
