My local UPS facility has a serious theft problem from iphone

My preorder and substitute 14 PM each have been stolen at my native UPS facility in Van Nuys, CA. Apple processed substitute #2 on Saturday and the cellphone shipped from TN yesterday. Had Apple request a service hub maintain so I may choose up the cellphone at will name. Go to facility this morning. Workers appear to be having problem discovering my bundle. Manager comes out to talk with me. He tells me they’ll’t discover the bundle. WTF???

Manager states they’ve a severe theft difficulty occurring. Duh. That’s 3 stolen telephones in a span of three weeks.
Called Apple and determined to cancel my order. What good will sending one other substitute do? Will simply get stolen once more from this native UPS facility. So irritating that they’ll’t modify the order for an Apple Store choose up. Ended up putting on order from Best Buy so I can choose up in-store.
This has been such an insanely irritating expertise. Have wasted hours on the cellphone with UPS and Apple. All I would like at this level is for the Van Nuys UPS facility to be held accountable for this BS.
