The contract was done with SBI
According to the information, in the year 2021, a contract was signed with SBI (State Bank of India) in Poomre. More than 1200 POS machines were purchased from SBI. Apart from TTE, they were also given to the parcel department. In September 2021, these machines were also given to TTE. Along with this, it was said to end the Access Fair Ticket (EFT) system. But, when the use of machines started, the problem of network started coming everywhere. There is no facility to connect to WiFi in this machine. Therefore, now these machines are kept in TTE’s bag only.
