Experts believe that if an agreement is reached between China and Taiwan, then it can change the equation. Till now America has been teasing China by talking about supporting Taiwan. After this, if China is successful in making an agreement with Taiwan or peace is restored, then it will be able to keep America away from the Gulf of Taiwan.
