Facebook users are invited to try out the latest chat experience.
New Delhi: In 2014, Facebook decided to make Facebook and Messenger two different apps. The goal was to promote Messenger as a messaging platform. This decision will be the best, said Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Users were dissatisfied with the company’s move, but eventually accepted the change. But now the information coming out may change this decision.
There is a report that the social media platform Facebook is going to introduce the facility to check the messenger inbox in the app itself. A recent tweet by social media analyst Matt Navara indicates this. The tech giant is now inviting users to try out the latest Facebook chat experience.
The company recently said in a blog post that it plans to integrate more Facebook messaging features, but did not specify what those features are and when they will arrive on the platform.
When the Facebook app and Messenger are integrated, users may be able to check their Messenger inbox by swiping to the right from the Facebook app home screen. Recently, Facebook increased the maximum reel length to 90 seconds. Similar to Twitter, a subscription service was started for Facebook, Instagram.
