Actress Payal Ghosh accused Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap of rape. Payal again brought forward this serious allegation by posting on Instagram. Expressing her feelings about the southern industry, the actress said that she was respected in the south and was raped by Bollywood directors.
Earlier, the water was not less muddied by Payal’s allegations in Bollywood. Payal brought up the old complaint again and gave birth to a new discussion. In her post, the actress wrote, ‘I have worked with South National Film Award winning producers and popular directors. No one even tried to touch me. On the other hand, I have never worked with Anurag Kashyap in Bollywood. But he raped me. He raped me on the third day of meeting me. Then tell me, why should I not make a name for the Southern industry?’
Earlier on September 19, 2020, Payal had accused Anurag of rape in a post on Twitter. Payal also filed a rape case against Anurag at Mumbai’s Versova police station. Payal said that the incident of rape happened 6 years ago.
Payal again brought forward the old serious allegations against Anurag.
