CHICAGO (CBS) – There was extra pre-trial drama on Friday in R. Kelly’s federal little one pornography trial.
Attorneys for co-defendant Derrell McDavid, Kelly’s former enterprise supervisor, claimed the previous lead prosecutor within the case had an inappropriate relationship with a key witness.
They stated Assistant U.S. Attorney Angel Krull made undisclosed calls and had a private assembly with an alleged sufferer.
They additionally clamed Krull had the sufferer listed “as boss baby” in her telephone, and informed the sufferer she was “beautiful.”
This is the second movement filed this week accusing Krull of misconduct.
Krull is not affiliated with the case.
